In this class you will learn how to create a cake in the very popular semi-naked style with chocolate drip accents and decorated with fresh flowers to finish.
You will be working on a 7” tall sponge cake which will be provided for you. We will look into how to make the perfect American style buttercream and how to make chocolate ganache suitable for making drips. You will take home a stunning cake to wow your friends and family. You will also learn how to prepare fresh flowers to decorate a cake and a little bit about which flowers are safe on a cake and which ones to avoid.
Everything that you need to make this stunning centrepiece will be provided for you. Please bring a packed lunch with you. Tea, coffee and homemade treats will be provided throughout the day.
